Mr. Subhash Kutte has been a Banker throughout his life. He had joined Ratnakar Bank in June 1980 and served the bank for thirty-four years, initially in an executive capacity across various departments, including MD & CEO, and in the last four years as its non-executive Chairman. He retired as the Chairman of RBL Bank Limited in the year 2014.
During his stewardship, the Bank has overcome enormous challenges which included the raising of Capital funds to the tune of 300 crores. He has an experience of four decades in the field of banking. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce. Mr. Kutte acts as an “Advisor” to Ghatge Patil Industries Limited. He currently serves on the Board of several companies including Unity Small Finance Bank Limited, Synergy Green Industries Limited and Menon Pistons Limited.
Ms. Deepa Poncha is a senior Human Resources professional with over three decades of work experience across a breadth of functions within the Human Resources field.
She has a deep understanding of executive leadership and work strategies that are culturally compatible to meet the challenges of an organization. She specializes in effective leadership and management of large teams with the ability to mentor and motivate the team to achieve desired goals and objectives of the organisation. She is associated with Centrum Group since almost two decades.
Mr. Siddhartha Sengupta is an Independent of the Company.
Mr. Siddhartha Sengupta has had a career as banker with SBI spanning 38 years in key leadership roles in India and overseas, with hands on exposure in the areas of Corporate Credit, SME Credit, Trade Finance, International Banking business, managing key client relationships globally and banking regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions. Leadership experience include five years of board level experience in India and abroad.
Last assignment in SBI was as Deputy Managing Director in charge of International Banking Group of SBI. He is presently serving on Board of various reputed Companies.
Mr. Rishad K. Byramjee is a Director in the Company since 2002. He has been associated with the Centrum Group for two decades and has played a vital role in its growth and expansion. He is also an entrepreneur and has Directorships in several companies of Casby Logistics Group. Established in 1857, the Group is a market leader in Stevedoring and Port Services business in India. He has a Master of Science degree with a specialization in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the UK. He has huge experience in Business management, Governance, including Construction & Real Estate Development, Digital Security & Surveillance, Telecommunications and Software Development, etc.
Mr. Jaspal Singh Bindra is a Nominee Director of Centrum Financial Services Limited, Promoter of the Bank.
He is Chartered Accountant and MBA from XLRI Business School. He completed B. Com (Hons.) degree from St. Xaviers College. Prior to joining Centrum as the Executive Chairman, he was associated with Standard Chartered Bank for a period of 18 years, where on account of his combination of talent, skills and experience he was elevated to top management level. He is a veteran Banker with a successful global MNC career spanning over three decades. He has held coveted positions across MNC Banks such as Standard Chartered, UBS and Bank of America and has an impeccable track record of leading large banks, driving profitable growth, Mergers, Acquisitions, Turnarounds and the list goes on. He has played a key role in transitioning the Centrum Group, from a pure play financial advisory business to becoming a diversified financial services group.
Mr. Ranjan Ghosh has close to 25 years of rich experience in the Banking & Financial Service Industry. He brings a wide array of professional and industry contacts, a deep understanding of Risk Management and Financial Markets and international best practices in Governance, Human Resources, etc.
He has held several Senior Management roles in Standard Chartered in India and Singapore. He was also associated with HSBC and CRISIL.
Ranjan has done his Masters of Business Administration from The University of Northern Iowa - USA and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
